Listen and Repeat plays about seven sentences, each once, and asks you to repeat each one in full. It is scored on whether you produced the whole sentence intact — which makes it a listening task with your mouth, not a pronunciation test.

How to approach it
- Repeat everything, including articles, auxiliaries and plural endings. Dropped function words are where the marks go.
- Do not correct yourself mid-sentence. Finish, then stop.
- Practise the long sentences specifically — the short ones give a false sense of readiness.

Is it a pronunciation test?
Not primarily. Most lost marks are dropped words, not accent. A plainer complete repeat beats a fluent partial one.
